Refunds and Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied, please let us know and we’ll make every effort to make it right.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right as best we can, and there are ways you can help ensure a perfect final product!

  1. Pay keen attention to your proofs. We all make mistakes, but it is your responsibility to be attentive to your proof. If you approve a proof that has an error, that is your responsibility and the product doesn’t qualify for a free re-do.
  2. We can’t guarantee color perfection. We print in CMYK (4 colors), not RGB (digital screens). Our computer screens here are optimized for print; if your computer is not, you may see a slight difference in color. As you can see, it’s not possible for us to guarantee color perfection.
  3. Ahhhh…shipping. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, please do so upon checkout. We can’t possibly guarantee how that delivery driver is going to handle your package, so it’s best to insure delicate orders. Rest assured, though, that we do our best to securely package your order!
